ANDREAS ROELL

CEO

Andreas, born and raised in Karlsruhe, Germany, boasts an impressive career trajectory, marked by early success in professional soccer and subsequent ventures in the digital realm. During his undergraduate studies, he co-founded the pioneering athlete-focused website, later sold to Medical Broadcast Systems. After moving to San Diego to pursue an MBA, Andreas founded Geary Group, which became the largest independent digital performance agency, eventually acquired in 2012 by Transcosmos-sponsored LSF Interactive. He then co-founded the largest Arabic content-based VOD platform, which was acquired by Rotana Media Group in 2014.

In the subsequent phase of his career, Andreas diversified into venture incubation, investments, and strategic consulting. Notably, in 2015, he played a pivotal role in the launch of Katana, a programmatic media buying agency, providing capital and strategic oversight, culminating in its acquisition by BVA/The Stable and integration into Accenture's Paid Media unit. During this period, Andreas also orchestrated the development and sale of DataQ, a leading ad-focused CDP technology, to Power Digital Marketing, enhancing their Nova platform and contributing to their premium valuation. Concurrently, his partnership with CPC Strategy facilitated their ascension as a leader in Amazon marketing services, culminating in the acquisition by Elite SEM, now Tinuiti.

Post-transaction, Andreas leveraged his expertise to guide digital agencies in organizational structuring and M&A transactions, operating his license through Madison Alley. His recent transactions include TheoremOne to S4, Jump450 to Omnicom, GrowthPilot to Wpromote, and Inseev to 3Q. In addition, Andreas co-founded an AI venture studio, launching 8 AI-centric startups across various sectors.

Andreas holds an MBA from the University of San Diego and a B.S. in International Business from the UNLV Lee Business School.

BILL FLATLEY

Director

Bill brings nearly a decade of experience in the Financial Services industry, where he has spent the majority of his career driving successful transactions for clients in the Technology, Marketing, Advertising, Media, and Information industries.

At the Evros Group, Bill plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and deal execution for clients. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, guiding clients through the complexities of deal-making and delivering exceptional results.

Bill previously held positions as Director and Vice President at Madison Alley Global Ventures, where he achieved tremendous success in generating beneficial outcomes for clients. Some notable deals include Mover+Shakers’ sale to Stagwell, Jump 450’s sale to Omnicom, Aki Technologies’ sale to Inmar Intelligence, Inseev Interactive’s sale to 3Q Digital, PlusMedia’s sale to Lightview Capital, and more.

Other Investment Banking experience includes roles at Petsky Prunier, where he served as an Analyst and later as an Associate, and at Janney Montgomery Scott.

MICHAEL KAHN

Strategic Executive Advisor

Michael has built an illustrious career spanning over four decades in brand development, digital marketing, and business leadership. Early in his career, he held key account and client leadership roles at premier advertising agencies including DDB, Campbell Mithun & Esty, and J. Walter Thompson, where he honed his expertise in guiding global brands.

Transitioning to executive leadership, Michael served as a C-suite executive for leading digital brands and agencies such as Art.com, Performics, Digitas, and Astound Commerce. His strategic vision and digital acumen were instrumental in driving growth and transformation across these organizations.

Throughout his career, Michael has developed deep expertise in brand strategy, digital performance marketing, and go-to-market execution across a diverse array of sectors. His portfolio includes collaborations with iconic brands such as American Express, Art.com, Bank of America, Delta, Discover Card, Hyatt Hotels, McDonald’s, Miller Brewing Company, Microsoft, Patagonia, Partstown, Toyota, and VF Corp.

In recent years, Michael has continued to leverage his extensive knowledge by consulting for companies seeking to scale and innovate through performance-driven strategies. His approach combines entrepreneurial agility with a deep understanding of digital ecosystems, consistently delivering top and bottom-line results for emerging companies and Fortune 500 firms alike.

Michael holds a B.A. in Journalism & Advertising from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

NII AHENE

Strategic Executive Advisor

Nii brings over 15 years of entrepreneurial and strategic leadership experience in digital marketing and M&A. As co-founder of CPC Strategy, he pioneered retail-focused search marketing, bootstrapping the agency to 165 employees and before its successful acquisition by Tinuiti (formerly Elite SEM) in 2018.

At Tinuiti, Nii served as Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the company through strategic acquisitions and operational excellence. He led three major acquisitions while partnering with the leadership team to craft successful exit strategies, working closely with PE sponsors Mountain Gate Capital and New Mountain Capital.

Currently serving as a Board Member and Advisor for several companies in the publishing, media and marketing services space, Nii continues to leverage his expertise as both an angel investor and advisor. He maintains active involvement in entrepreneurial communities as a member of Tech Coast Angels/Nu Fund among others. 

Nii holds a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies Field (International Trade) from the University of California, Berkeley.

MATT STOYKA

Strategic Executive Advisor

Matt Stoyka has over 25 years of experience and accomplishments in both the technology services and manufacturing industries. Mr. Stoyka is currently the Vice Chair of NewRocket, one of the largest, Elite ServiceNow consulting and advisory partners. Prior to serving as Vice Chair, Mr. Stoyka was the Chief Executive Officer of NewRocket where he was responsible for the acquisition and combination of five, separate ServiceNow partners. Mr. Stoyka is also a board of advisor for Truepoint Solutions, an IT service provider focused on state and local governments as well as Ventex, a leading semiconductor equipment refurbishment company.

Previously, Mr. Stoyka was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of RelationEdge, LLC, a consulting firm focused on the Salesforce.com ecosystem that grew at an industry leading pace and was sold to Rackspace in 2018. After the acquisition, Mr. Stoyka spent almost three years at Rackspace, serving as Chief Solutions Officer and Chief Relationship Officer, where he led global technology partnerships and solutions. Prior to RelationEdge, Mr. Stoyka spent over 10 years with Centerbeam, Inc. and its predecessor firm in executive leadership roles where he led sales, professional services and technical operations.

Mr. Stoyka received his Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University, formally General Motors Institute (GMI), and his International Master of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego.  Mr. Stoyka currently sits on the Board of Trustees for Pacific Ridge School and is a past Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County.

MICHAEL KOZIOL

Strategic Executive Advisor

Michael Koziol is an experienced entrepreneur, operator, and advisor with a successful track record of building strong, aligned, and high-performing teams, operations, and businesses in the marketing and digital services categories. As a Strategic Advisor with Evros, he works closely with founders, executives, and investors to drive growth, scale operations, and define and deliver on value-creation opportunities and expectations.

Over a nearly 30-year career marked by key media and digital inflection points, dramatic market cycles, and near constant change, he has founded, scaled, and operated multiple strategy, creative, design, technology, and marketing firms/agencies. This extensive operating experience gives him a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges that owners and operators face across different growth stages and market cycles.

Michael previously served as Global CEO of Huge, among other executive leadership roles, during the firm’s most significant growth era - 400 to 1,500 employees and 5 to 13 global offices. At Huge he built new offices and restructured/reorganized underperforming locations; designed the global integration model, initiated the firm’s nearshore strategy (LATAM), developed new capabilities; and led numerous innovation practices (including Huge Cafe retail lab). 

In 1999, after launching several digital publishing and advertising businesses for a major telco, Michael and a partner co-founded the early digital strategy and marketing agency - Ant Farm Interactive. Following the 2004 acquisition by Nurun in 2004, he served as a key executive of the emerging global platform and was heavily involved in the firm's growth, corporate strategy, investor relations, and M&A activities. After nearly 3x growth in team size, revenue, and EV, Nurun was acquired by QMI in 2008 and subsequently by Publicis in 2014.

As a trusted partner for companies and investors navigating inflection points, new and emerging situations, and critical growth situations, Michael brings a unique perspective to founders and investors looking to create enduring value in ever-evolving business categories.

DAVID STERN

Strategic Executive Advisor

David Stern is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and senior executive with over 25 years of experience across the wellness, skincare, and impact-driven business sectors. Formerly the CEO of Boody North America, Stern transformed the brand into a recognized name for sustainable, comfortable apparel, while expanding its market reach throughout North America and Europe. Currently, he serves as an investor and advisor to PRIORI Adaptive Skincare, helping steer the brand’s growth and innovation in the skincare industry.

In addition to his executive roles, Stern co-founded HLA Technologies, a company that combines cutting-edge skincare with a scientific approach, and is a Partner at SONHOS Social Capital. At SONHOS, he has championed impact initiatives such as Goodbye Malaria, which aims to eradicate malaria in Africa by supporting local communities and generating global awareness. Stern’s career is defined by his commitment to impactful business ventures that promote both sustainable practices and community well-being.

SHERRY SCAPPEROTTI

Strategic Executive Advisor

Sherry Scapperotti is a seasoned marketer, savvy entrepreneur, trusted mentor, and executive advisor with 30+ years of experience helping companies grow, scale, and maximize their revenue. She began her career as an insert media broker, leveraging her expertise in direct response marketing to start her own agency in 1998.

Over the course of 30+ years, Sherry successfully grew her certified woman-owned business from a boutique insert media brokerage firm to a leading, independent multichannel direct response marketing agency serving a diverse client base representing over $100MM in collective annual revenue. She has helped companies ranging from early stage start-ups to non-profits, to established Fortune 500 organizations significantly increase their profitability through targeted direct-to-consumer media campaigns, retail and e-commerce monetization, and data analytics. Over the course of her career as an agency operator, she has had the pleasure of helping companies such as DoorDash, Harry’s, Feeding America, and HelloFresh

Throughout her tenure as President & CEO, Sherry has gained proven experience on what it takes to scale a marketing agency from the early stages, through rapid growth, all the way through attracting private equity in October 2022. She now brings her well-honed professional acumen, along with an extensive network of industry resources and connections, to her next venture, Advanced Metrix - a consultancy that caters to privately held and founder-led companies who have reached a pivotal point in their evolution and are seeking strategic guidance on how to shape the future of their business.

CHLOE COTOULAS

Senior Associate

Chloe brings to the team a rare blend of financial expertise and deeply strategic, creative thinking. Her background includes working as an Associate at Madison Alley, an investment bank specialized in Marketing and Technology, and as a hedge fund analyst, focusing on TMT and consumer companies. She also brings experience from the advertising agency side, having worked as a copywriter and Creative Director for major global brands like Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Samsung, Whole Foods Market, Panasonic and many more. She also has written in the Writer’s Room for a U.S. President. Her diverse experience across creative and financial roles, close monitoring of public markets and extensive industry knowledge makes her a valuable asset to Evros Group’s clients.

Recent transactions she has advised on include the sale of Manifest to Aisle Rocket, PlusMedia to Lightview Capital, JUV Consulting to United Talent Agency (UTA) and more.

Chloe holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Cinematic-Arts from the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California.

JOE FERRAN

Vice President

As a current advisor and former M&A attorney for the New York based law firm Skadden Arps, Joe possesses an expansive background advising on both private and public M&A matters. His repertoire of transaction work ranges from lower-mid-market deals to high profile transactions, such as Pershing Square’s $53 billion bid to takeover Allergan. With an added focus on entertainment, Joe has worked on deals for several notable industry players such as Disney, United Talent Agency, STX Entertainment, and Scooter Braun’s SB Projects. In addition, Joe is a successful entrepreneur who shepherded the growth and sale of his own SaaS technology company to a private equity backed firm. As such, Joe brings a unique combination of legal, strategic, operational and entertainment specific insights to his current role within Evros Group.

GAVRIELLE WACHTER

Senior Director of Operations

Gavrielle brings a distinctive blend of operational expertise, strategic vision, and leadership to her role at Evros Group, drawing from her unique background that spans from investment banking to the fashion industry. As Senior Director of Operations, she drives efficiency by optimizing processes and ensuring alignment between short-term execution and long-term goals.

Before joining Evros, Gavrielle spent five years at boutique M&A firm Madison Alley Global Ventures. As Director of Finance, Operations, and Marketing, she played a pivotal role in building internal structures, scaling operations, and maintaining FINRA compliance. She also made significant contributions to company culture, fostering employee engagement and retention, and was instrumental in hiring key personnel.

Gavrielle holds a B.S. in Fashion Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

ASHLEIGH RAMSPACHER

Head of Services & Delivery

Ashleigh is a dynamic marketing strategist and brand builder with 15 years of experience across digital marketing, creative content, and business development. At Evros Group, she leverages her owner-operator and agency experience to help align Evros's services with their clients needs. 

Previously, Ashleigh founded and led multiple successful ventures, including In Good Company, a revolutionary CPG product-as-a-service business that built its base through creator based social marketing. Prior to stepping into the start-up world, Ashleigh spent several years on the agency side, serving as a Managing Partner at Workhorse, a boutique brand and creative content agency where she led business strategy and digital marketing campaigns for clients across industries. Ashleigh's strategic insights and creative mindset have driven features in major media outlets, including LA TimesEater, and Bloomberg.

Ashleigh holds a B.A. in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College. Her extensive experience in brand innovation, combined with her passion for storytelling and visionary solutions, makes her a valuable partner to clients navigating the dynamic landscape of digital M&A.

DECLAN MURPHY

Analyst

Declan Murphy is a corporate finance professional with extensive experience in transaction advisory, advising corporates and financial sponsors on buy-side and sell-side transactions ranging from $50M to $2B across a diverse range of industries. He has worked extensively with owner-operators and founder-led businesses, helping them navigate complex transactions and optimize deal outcomes.

Originally from Australia, Declan began his career at Deloitte before joining PwC’s M&A Transaction Advisory team, where he worked on complex cross-border deals. Most recently, he was a Manager at Crowe’s M&A Transaction Advisory Services practice in New York, where he led financial due diligence engagements, providing strategic insights into financial performance, valuation considerations, and commercial risks. His expertise in analyzing financial data, challenging key assumptions, and crafting financial narratives has been instrumental in supporting clients’ decision-making processes.

A Chartered Accountant with expertise in financial modeling and valuation, Declan brings a commercial and analytical approach to M&A advisory, helping businesses navigate transactions with confidence.

Declan holds a Bachelors in Commerce from The University of Queensland.
